The implementation of StrataView dramatically transformed the delivery of sales information to Sales, Marketing, Finance and other users throughout Clover Leaf.  It replaced a paper-based reporting process with an easy to learn on-line application that provides daily updates on the results of the business.  Users are able to work within the application, or simply and quickly export the results of queries into Excel for further analysis and manipulation.

StrataView has become the primary tool for reporting sales information at Clover Leaf, and we are constantly finding new opportunities to expand its' use. One recent major upgrade was the implementation of sales forecasting, which replaced excel spreadsheets across the country, enabling faster and more accurate buildup of forecasts from the field. The forecasting module employs user-defined decision rules to produce a base case, which allows the forecasters to concentrate on key skus and customers, saving time and improving the overall quality of the forecast.

As important as the application itself is the organization supporting it. The level of service from Rob and his team at GIS has been consistently excellent, whether in providing training to new users, developing enhancements, or trouble-shooting problems.

StrataView is a very cost-effective and powerful reporting tool that, supported by GISL, has raised the bar for sales reporting and analysis at Clover Leaf.

StrataView allows us to manage our sales by providing fast, accurate data with the flexibility to do ad hoc reports for analyses as required.  The system is user friendly with drill down capabilities to enable users to view data at many levels, observe trends and identify problem areas.  It interfaces efficiently with our Platinum accounting system with minimal maintenance and is just what we need!  Their technical support staff are quick to respond and we feel they are the 'best in the business'.
